Statistical Analysis for Biomarker Discovery
Biomarkers are recognized as essential tools for the development of cutting-edge therapeutics. In the high-throughput search for relevant markers is important to use parallel approach in study design and data analysis.
Biomarker Discovery
SNAP Biolabs offers team science partnerships in biostatistical and bioinformatic analyses:
Omics Analysis
Genomics & Metabolomics Analyses
Professional Sequence Analysis
This is done by using computational tools BLAST, ClustalW. These tools compare the sequence of your protein or antibody to known sequences of known protein or antibodies, and determine any similarities and differences.
Computational Modelling and Predictions
Structure Prediction
This is done by using by 3D modeling (e.g. Rosetta) software a computer modeling tool for homology modeling, which uses the known sequence of a related antibody to predict the structure of the new antibody. This software generates 3D structural model, refines model using an energy minimization process, tests model stability, and compares model to known structures of antibodies to confirm its accuracy.
Functional Property Prediction
This is done by the Antibody Modeler tool. This tool analyzes the structure and stability of the antibody, predicts the ability of antibody to bind to other molecules, and identifies which regions are likely to interact with its target antigen.
